Peer Leaders

Want to be in a group in which you can discuss social issues? Peer Leadership is perfect for you. Your job as a peer leader is to keep BASE students aware of issues that are surrounding our community and issues that are affecting us as teenagers. Peer Leadership also gives students a chance to gain friendships, leadership skills, public speaking skills, self-esteem, and much more. You can take part in domestic violence awareness workshops, visit homeless shelters and soup kitchens and much more.

Peer Leadership is ran by Ms. Duvall.  Meetings are held once a week during lunch.  Students can stop by Margaret's Place to pick up an application and talk with Ms. Duvall about how they can get involved.
